SESSION 1

The focus of this session is managing situations of sexting and sextortion, and when adult support is needed. We'll also discuss harm reduction strategies for sexting/nudes and sextortion.

SESSION 2

The focus of this session is reviewing the anatomy and physiology of reproductive anatomy.

SESSION 3

This session will focus on sexual activity, HIV/STI prevention, and pregnancy prevention. We will discuss no risk, lower risk and high risk sexual activity, abstaining from sexual activity and barrier methods as options for engaging in safer sex. When we discuss safer sex and sexual activity, we are focused on people with adult bodies whose consent to engage in sexual activity is freely given and with enthusiastic consent.

SESSION 4

During this session we will focus on hormonal contraceptives for pregnancy prevention, and discuss why these hormonal contraceptives don't provide protection against HIV and other STIs. We will also discuss Emergency Contraception, and safe programs and clinics in New York City where young people can access safe and gender affirming education and medical care.
